To celebrate National Mango Week Rubicon has been working closely with Ben Reed, the king of cocktail makers in the UK. Ben has written over 10 cocktail books and has used all his expertise to bring you these delectable Mango cocktails and mocktails (for those who do not drink alcohol).

Tatty Bo Jangle Punch (alcoholic drink)

Ingredients:
1 Litre Rubicon Watermelon
250mls VSOP Cognac
700mls (1 Bottle) Pinot Noir Red Wine
330mls Rubicon Sparkling Mango
The juice of one lemon
5 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves

Method:
Add all ingredients to a large punch bowl or similar vessel. Add ice until its ¾ full. Stir until cold then allow to stand for an hour or two to allow the cinnamon and cloves to infuse before serving.

Wild Lychee Zinger( non alcoholic drink)

Ingredients:
50ml Rubicon Lychee juice drink
50ml Rubicon Guanabana juice drink
25ml Rubicon Passion fruit juice drink
8 Mint leaves
2 Lime wedges
Top with ginger ale

Method:
Build over crushed ice in a hi ball, garnish with mint sprigs and lychees

Rubicana ( non alcoholic drink)

Ingredients:
50ml Rubicon Mango juice drink (premium)
50ml Rubicon Guava juice drink (premium)
25ml Rubicon Passion fruit juice drink
Top with bitter lemon

Method:
Build over crushed ice in a hi ball glass and garnish with Star fruit or Cape gooseberry.
